Grunt formed in 2001 to fill the difficult ‘Harvest’ niche in the Labour hire market and quickly discovered a synergy in their delivery model for the Industrial markets.

At their inception Grunt were faced with the geographic distribution and the seasonal nature of the Harvest business and found that the key to success was expanding rapidly. This enabled an effective movement and placement of itinerant workers throughout Australia as they were required in each seasonal region. This dynamic now assists in the effective placement of Industrial contractors throughout the country, effectively working with both national and local companies to achieve their individually desired outcomes.
