Responding to new client needs in the recruitment marketplace, Grunt introduced GPS “Navigating People” in early 2004 to service their client’s commercial and executive recruitment and HR needs. GPS addresses the broader workplace productivity issues – not just finding the right people, but assisting the development of the workplace and workforce to achieve improved business outcomes for our clients.

How we are achieving success

The key to an effective recruitment partnership is client communication. At GPS “Navigating People” we strive to partner with all of our clients in the recruitment process in order to deliver a measured and disciplined service.

A disciplined service is achieved because at each of our branches staff members are performing dedicated roles within their team. These roles include; Regional Managers, Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Recruitment Consultants and Administrators all trained in customer service principles and our recruitment methodology.

GPS “Navigating People” is striving in areas such as call centre recruitment, front and back office personnel in particular in transport, logistic, warehousing, construction and manufacturing.

GPS “Navigating People” has recently moved into the government sector by successfully tendering and accepting a Standing Offer Arrangement for the Provision of Human Management Services.
